USGreat experience We did not get the product in a timely fashion but your staff stayed with us and made it easy to tract it down even though it was the postal office who delayed the product delivery. One of the most friendly staff I have had the pleasure of working with. That’s saying a lot considering that I am 73 years of age. Thank you for making it so pleasurable to solve a problem.

USGood product and service As always, ordering was easy, shipping was faster than expected. I do wish I could receive bonus points again to help with shipping costs and not sure what happened with that perk. Overall, good quality and good service.

USUnruffled for dogs. Great communication! Email always alerts us to upcoming charges for subscription. Package arrives on time every month. Once they were out of desired flavor product for pups. They contacted me ahead of time to give use options for that month. Very happy with communication and product.
