GBKevin called me the next day after I… Kevin called me the next day after I signed up which was a Sunday. I didn’t expect to hear from anyone until Monday or Tuesday. He has been working to repair my credit since day one. GBin the beginning the customer service… In the beginning the customer service was good . I used them two months and i saw alot of improvements on my credit. Although nothing was removed they did get my payment history looking pretty good. I was late on my payment then they deleted my whole account i emailed them and called never got a call back. so overall my experience was okay
