I talked to 10 different people and every time I had to explain the problem I had and they never offered me a solution.

At first, I had troubles getting my assignments I asked to get done so I contacted the website about the issue. I was informed that the person assigned to my assignments doesn’t work for them anymore. But immediately they fixed the issue and I had both of the assignments in under 24 hours.
