The applicants who applied had beutiful resumes and lush portfolios, but in reality had really poor skills. They turned out to be unresponsive, talking me up to higher pays saying life in Philippines is expensive, sending me private messages on my socials, posting inappropriate comments on my social posts , finally I trailed one person for simple uploading on website what turned up being disaster.
