Advisors beware Advisors beware! I would give it a negative rating if I could. Took my money and delivered nothing. Refused a refund when I was unhappy. Ignored my request for arbitration.

Friendly and professional Eventhough I did not know what to expect, one always assumes that there will be a sales pitch at one point or another. Nothing like that ever happened. The entire process was courteous, friendly and professional. The references and advice were helpful. I would say that it was an enjoyable experience.

Advice Chaser an absolute WASTE of $ I signed up in Sept 2022 and paid a lump sum of $14,400K. I've received literally 2 leads (Nov 2022 and May 2023). I have monthly calls with AC reps and they keep telling me that they are excited for the changes going on and I should see more leads.

Great experience Overall I had a great experience with Advice Chaser. Samantha was very professional and worked around my busy schedule to get me set up with an advisor. The first advisor wasn’t a good fit, so she helped me find another advisor that was better for me. I was really appreciative of the effort to make sure I was paired with an advisor that I would feel comfortable with and that would help me achieve my financial goals. I would definitely recommend advice chaser, especially if you don’t want to have to call around to a bunch of different people.
