GBInaccurate, Professional Embarrassment The service asks questions up front and uses your resume and LinkedIn to try to match you. They set up Indeed access in your name and fire off applications. The categories they search are broad and inaccurate. Indeed.com started sending me job recommendations in the Philippines. WeApply embarrassed me with how inaccurate the AI is, so now if I want to apply for a different position at that company, I look ridiculous because "I" first applied for a VP position that I'm not qualified for. After correcting the first 5 applications that I don't have PMP (nor is it anywhere on my resume or profile), it continued to apply for positions in fields I don't know or want. After 25 useless applications that brought in zero interviews, I decided to call it. They advertised a money back guarantee, after all. The customer support replied quickly that they would use my feedback to improve future experiences. Then they sweetly informed me of the terms and conditions of cancelation. There is a $25 admin fee, nonrefundable. Furthermore, they charged me for the bad applications that embarrassed me. Hard pass. They did not earn any of the money they extracted from me.

GBWaste of time and money. Very disappointing. Not having enough time in the day to apply to new jobs as soon as they are published, WeApply seemed like a great idea. I bought the 300 application package that found 10 jobs per weekday and applied to them. However, many of the roles were not suitable comparable to what I was looking for. After 3 months and all 300 applications used up, I received not one single request for an interview through this service. I requested a refund due to the poor performance of the service but this was denied due to their terms and conditions.

GBI went from receiving "we regret to inform you" emails to being the one writing those emails to prospecting employers I used this service to supplement my own manual job search efforts; however, it went above and beyond my expectations. It not only applied to jobs in my sleep, it found opportunities I never would have thought to look for. I wound getting multiple requests for job interviews, received at least three job offers (one of which I ultimately accepted) and I went from the person receiving "we regret to inform you" emails to being the one having to draft those same emails to prospective employers. I would absolutely recommend this service to anyone searching for a job.

GBWEAPPLY's Modern Approach to Job Placement Navigating the job market can be a daunting experience, but with WEAPPLY, that challenge became considerably more manageable. Their advanced AI technology, combined with a simple job seeker quiz, streamlined the process for me. The AI's efficiency in analyzing job listings and aligning them with my qualifications was impressive. What stands out about WEAPPLY is their genuine commitment to facilitating meaningful employment. Instead of just a random selection, they target positions that promise career growth, financial stability, and meaningful work. In a short span, I received numerous interview requests, and ultimately, I found what I'd describe as my dream job. It's clear to me that WEAPPLY's system, backed by their mission, makes a tangible difference in the job-seeking process. WEAPPLY offers an innovative approach to job placement. Their blend of technology and mission-driven service made a significant difference in my job search. I'd recommend them to those looking to streamline their job search process.

GBHeard back from 0 jobs WeApply applied for almost 200 jobs on my behalf and I didn’t hear from a single company, not even for rejections. I applied for jobs on my own at the same time and had a 40% first interview/phone interview response rate. It turns out that at one point WeApply had been applying for jobs under a non-existent email address (they used my email + outlook.com despite me not having an Outlook email) so that may be the cause. But they were also applying for jobs on my behalf that I definitely didn’t qualify for—I was looking for a remote technical support role, and they were applying to jobs like Staff Engineer or Backend Developer where I clearly do not have the skills nor experience. And that’s not me being modest or having impostor syndrome 😂I truly would not qualify for those roles in a sane world. They also applied to jobs on my behalf in India and Louisiana that were clearly not remote as listed on the application. I only got a partial credit/refund. The account manager I had been speaking to was nice enough, but when I asked him when I’d receive my credit he said he no longer worked at the company. Seems like the company is not doing well. Don’t bother—I know it can feel overwhelming being unemployed and not hearing from anyone, but WeApply won’t give you what you need.
