Very practical job-finding solution I recently re-entered the job market after being in the process of concluding an MBA. With coursework and projects, I had little time to dedicate to looking for relevant jobs. This is when I came across WeApply and decided to give them a try. My experience with their service has exceeded my expectations and I have been able to keep my schedule while receiving multiple job interviews for roles that fit my interests and background and am now in the final processes of getting a job offer. I highly recommend WeApply to anyone who wants help in finding a new job.

WEAPPLY's Modern Approach to Job Placement Navigating the job market can be a daunting experience, but with WEAPPLY, that challenge became considerably more manageable. Their advanced AI technology, combined with a simple job seeker quiz, streamlined the process for me. The AI's efficiency in analyzing job listings and aligning them with my qualifications was impressive. What stands out about WEAPPLY is their genuine commitment to facilitating meaningful employment. Instead of just a random selection, they target positions that promise career growth, financial stability, and meaningful work. In a short span, I received numerous interview requests, and ultimately, I found what I'd describe as my dream job. It's clear to me that WEAPPLY's system, backed by their mission, makes a tangible difference in the job-seeking process. WEAPPLY offers an innovative approach to job placement. Their blend of technology and mission-driven service made a significant difference in my job search. I'd recommend them to those looking to streamline their job search process.

Waste of time and money. Very disappointing. Not having enough time in the day to apply to new jobs as soon as they are published, WeApply seemed like a great idea. I bought the 300 application package that found 10 jobs per weekday and applied to them. However, many of the roles were not suitable comparable to what I was looking for. After 3 months and all 300 applications used up, I received not one single request for an interview through this service. I requested a refund due to the poor performance of the service but this was denied due to their terms and conditions.

My experience with WeApply I wanted to provide a real full detailed account of my experience using WeApply, instead of the usual 5 star or 1 star reviews, which seem to only talk about the service in brief detail or focus only on the personal end-result. I came across WeApply and thought it was an amazing service and ended up signing up for their Ruby Package which includes 200 applications. For context, I work in finance and was in need of a career upgrade, but between kids and other real life obligations it was hard to find time to switch to a better role on my own so WeApply's offer to automate the job-hunt solved this issue. Getting started was pretty easy. Once I signed up, their platform started analyzing my profile and in about 48 hours started submitting me for job opportunities. Majority of the opportunities fit my preferences and some even were extremely good fits, even thought I would most likely not have found them, so I saw real value in the service immediately. Having said that, there were some submissions which were made that did not exactly match up with what I preferred or had indicated on my resume and when I flagged this with their customer service they were happy to remedy and credit back those submissions. It seems like they really like when you provide feedback, because they told me that allowed them to make additional tweaks to the profiles to ensure for more accurate results for future submissions. I do have to say that their customer service and their account reps are actually super helpful and go out of their way (especially Ellie, she was a gem throughout the entire process and deserves a raise!). One thing to consider is that it does require you to check the applications and ensure that you are getting what you are looking for, which makes it not a fully uninvolved process from the user experience. I also wish they had some integrations for in-platform feedback or application inaccuracy flagging, so that you didn't have to write to customer service for those requests, but had a way to flag them inside the portal itself. Anyway, the service delivery continued with about 3-7 applications being sent on my behalf daily as far as I could tell, and I received contact for my first interview after about 70 applications, there seems to be a delay between when these are sent and how long it takes for the employers to actually review and respond back, but after that I received 4 more call backs and went through the interview process, which eventually led to a job-offer. Conclusion? Is it perfect? - No. Does it work? - Yes! Overall, I am actually incredibly thankful this service exists as it did save me a ton of time and effort and yielded a job that will make the cost of the service pretty irrelevant, so I do recommend that you give it a try if you came across it and hope that this review is helpful, not just for the others trying to use the service but also for WeApply.

Heard back from 0 jobs WeApply applied for almost 200 jobs on my behalf and I didn’t hear from a single company, not even for rejections. I applied for jobs on my own at the same time and had a 40% first interview/phone interview response rate. It turns out that at one point WeApply had been applying for jobs under a non-existent email address (they used my email + outlook.com despite me not having an Outlook email) so that may be the cause. But they were also applying for jobs on my behalf that I definitely didn’t qualify for—I was looking for a remote technical support role, and they were applying to jobs like Staff Engineer or Backend Developer where I clearly do not have the skills nor experience. And that’s not me being modest or having impostor syndrome 😂I truly would not qualify for those roles in a sane world. They also applied to jobs on my behalf in India and Louisiana that were clearly not remote as listed on the application. I only got a partial credit/refund. The account manager I had been speaking to was nice enough, but when I asked him when I’d receive my credit he said he no longer worked at the company. Seems like the company is not doing well. Don’t bother—I know it can feel overwhelming being unemployed and not hearing from anyone, but WeApply won’t give you what you need.
