Incorrectly charged I was incorrectly charged too much for the "Unleash Your Power" workshop. I've attempted to secure a refund and have explained that the smaller print on my phone may have contributed to the misunderstanding, but I'm still unclear on the reason for the overcharge. It's been ongoing since late January, and now, as we approach the end of March, the issue remains unresolved.

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE! 3 YEARS IN- THEY OWE US THOUSANDS OF MONEY. I have attended 2 seminars and found them useful. myself and my husband decided to buy a package of different events which we spent thousands of pounds on. Unfortunately, COVID19 happened, none of them were run for over 2 years so we requested a refund right away. We have been ignored, passed on to yet another 'advisor' who tried to fob us off some other products for the money we spent (we were not interested) - its been over 3 years and the 'BUSINESS GURU' still owes us thousands of pounds, and no sight of anybody who can resolve this for us. WHAT AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!!!

Tony Robbins's UPW, eye opening and inspiring experience. I attended to Tony Robbin's UPW (Unleashed Power Within) in August 10-13 2023. I found it inspiring, clever, ultra well organized, amazing, motivational, and so unique. Tony's event is an opportunity to look at yourself and ask if we are doing the best for ourselves. Some people will find value with it and some will not. It is like the alcoholic who does not realize he is punishing his health and others and he does not have a clue, but everybody around him knows he has a problem. I would like to have more content, but, what I got is definitely propel me to better. I totally recommend this event. It was truly amazing and eye opening.

UPW March 2023 I paid for the UPW March 2023 event. First day 16th March they had technical difficulties couldn’t join the zoom. They sent everyone a Live link. Not the same can’t participate in break out sessions, no on screen participation. Not worth $495! They should have invested in a platform to support the attendance. Their fine print policy doesn’t allow for reimbursement. Waste of money.

I bought their coaching program-- $5795… I bought their coaching program-- $5795 for 12 months and was very disappointed. I went thru 3 coaches before I finally cancelled. First coach left the company after 3 sessions in--- it took another 2-3 weeks to get my replacement coach. She was not a good fit for me, so I tried to get my money back, but the salesperson insisted that I try another coach. For the incovenience, they comped me 4-5 free coaching sessions, which was a good gesture. However, it had been almost 3 months by this point since I bought the coaching, and it I had only completed a handful. So all of the motivation and momentum I had at the beginning of purchasing was beginning to dwindile, and I didn't see many results. Another note- I am a coach and have been coached several times before this. I don't believe these were credentialed or professionally trained coaches. At least not from what I've experienced in the past. I've gotten way more value from other coaching in the past. It doesn't seem like these coaches are the best most skilled and certainly not for $5795. Anyway, I got to my last coach, who was supposed to be a master business coach, but most of the time he was just telling be about his business and what his plans were, and telling me what to do- also not what caoching is. I eventually requested my refund-- there is a a mandatory $1000 penalty fee. I also lost all of my bonus coaching sessions, which were not redeemable for refund, which came as a surprise at the very bitter end. All that to say- I love Tony Robbins and his content, but his coaching program felt very scammy and didn't deliver on the results.
