This is a very poor website This is a very poor website, whatever you do make sure you avoid using this service. The overall user experience was bad and the customer service representatives lack common skills, and I would not recommend it to others looking for a seamless online experience. I asked for a question to be solved I was made to believe my question has been answered but before I am able to reveal my answer I have to pay, which I did because that saves me time only to find out that no question was answered, I immediately wrote the customer service and the girl told me nothing can be done that I had to wait for my question to be answered. They take your money and tell you you’ve been informed already before making the financial decision lol, screams fraudulent. This has nothing to do with pricing, it’s a cheap website to use but the system at which you make people put in their payment information is fraudulent. Don’t make people think their question has been answered and request for payment to reveal the answer only to find that the question was unanswered. I waited almost 30 minutes for a solution that I was told takes little less than 2 mins to be answered

IT IS A SCAM! I have been trying to cancel the subscription to no avail. What do you mean you have 24/7 support? I have been waiting and it is taking forever. Do not waste your money. It is a scam and it is not helpful.

ABSOLUTE SCAM DO NOT FALL FOR THIS These People charge you $1.00 USD for 3 days and say you can cancel their subscription. The next day after 'starting my subscription' they attempted to take $117 AUD from me. They claim to send an email of the terms and conditions and that you can cancel the subscription at any moment. That is a complete lie. You can not cancel the subscription or even submit an inquiry. They also claim that the email they 'sent out' explains that they charge 24 hours after the 'free trial' which is also a lie as I never received anything and they do not state any terms and conditions at all. They never even answered the question I posted there. They just steal from you. My bank has also confirmed that they are scammers. If you just started a subscription, remove all the money from the card that you gave them access to and cancel the card immediately!

SCAM SCAM! This is a very fast and awful scam for students. They take your money in seconds without your consent. Do not give your money and do not give your card details. They will not solve any of your questions and will keep on taking money.
