Positive experience I used Get.it to help find teachers to hire at my daycare. It was simple, staff helpful and free. I will use it again.

Company was fraudulent I applied for a job and was contacted via text for a Microsoft Teams "chat interview." It seemed a little odd, but technology is changing the world, so I gave it a shot. The "interview" had several odd turns of phrase that made me suspicious that the interviewer was not a native English speaker. Then, I was asked about accepting a totally different position than the one I applied for. I got out of the chat quickly. The company was "Atria Senior Living." Definitely a fraud.

I suspected it wasn't fully legitimate I suspected it wasn't fully legitimate. Lot of redirects, pop up ads, and links to similar sites that are as spammy as they are. Needless to say, after multiple redirects, I decided not to move forward with the process. I googled the company that was supposedly hiring and their website looks very phishy as well. I wish Google would learn to read the room when posting these job notices. Always do your due diligence when applying to these jobs, even on the more reputable sites, because these snakes are growing feet.

You have no idea who you're applying for Looking for a job on LinkedIn, see about 240 get.it jobs. Mind you they are not jobs FOR get.it, they are jobs posted ON get.it. They do not require companies to provide their business name which feels shady. You have no idea who or what you're applying for. Dear Mr. Peebles, Yes, and you also flood Linkedin with job postings that are listed on YOUR site not FOR your company, making the already tedious and difficult process of finding a job that much harder. Every job listing that I looked at on your website (about 10) did NOT redirect me to the company website. It took me to a page similar to ZipRecruiter's application page. And none of the jobs I found (a page of results for "remote jobs") had the names of the companies on them. Also, how can I express interest in a position with a company if I know absolutely nothing about that company? They could be a scam group, an MLM, or completely go against my morals and values. For instance, say I were vegan and was interested in a finances or marketing position and I find a generic job post for advertisement on your site. But, there is no company name, so I have no idea who I am applying for. But, I go through the process anyway, only to find I have applied to Jimmy Dean, the sausage company. Somewhere I would NEVER work if I were vegan. So you have just wasted valuable time of mine. Not to mention the fact that companies don't want you to disclose their names until after the application period is sketchy. Great way for them to collect emails, phone numbers and names for scams! When all of your reviews are saying your company feels like a scam, that's a HUGE red flag. Multiple redirects are NOT common in job searches. One or two max. The fact that companies don't want you to know who they are until after you apply is creepy. There should be transparency all the way through. If hiding the names of companies were a legitimate thing, why doesn't Linkedin, ZipRecruiter, or even Indeed do it?
