GBSTAY AWAY... SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHES AND WASTED TIME At best they are a 1, they ennudate you with notifications. If you select a posting of interest you'rethen setup to talk with a "Clinical Advocates", the biggest joke and disrespectful part of the ordeal. You establish a time to chat and no one calls... maybe 6-8 hrs later ( > 9p) you get calls from these Advocates as if it's normal business hours; if you ask tell them that text is your preferred way of communicating, they'll go hard calling and emailing instead and vice-versa. 90-95% of the "setup/arranged" talks have yet to happen these Advocates simply don't Care and think that we are to "chase" after them! Lame excuses of "our clinical advocates are busy assisting many other clients"... even though it's 8p and they were setup to call you at 11am that morning; never explaining nor never notifying you of their delay. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS WITH BAD ATTITUDES

GBSo I am new to traveling So I am new to traveling. The person that contacted me with Vivian was very rude when I reached out to her for a few questions about the assignment. There is no communication it's a waiting game and it's all by email so you have to keep checking your emails. So far it's been very stressful as I have questions and everyone I reach out to says something different. I'm not sure who my point of contact is.

GBGreat search site Vivian was a great place to locate many contacts in one area. I was able to find the contracts within my area and find agencies that were working with those hospitals.

GBSo everything was going well and moving… So everything was going well and moving along smoothly. Bam signed contract, spent $7,500 on a air b&b was ready to go. Opened my email which I seldom use and there was a notification that contract had been cancelled. I was not upset that the contract was cancelled but the fact had they called, texted or got a hold of me then I would have been able to cancel my air b&b for a full refund. Now because the email that they sent was not seen until many days later I can’t cancel the air b&b so it’s a loss of money. This could have been avoided if they had just picked up the phone because who has time to check their email every day? Why would anyone think they would have a signed contract cancelled with no explanation and no phone calls? When they are trying to hook you they call multiple times a day. This is bad for the customer and therefore everyone needs to run from this company.
