GBThe urn I chose was pretty The urn I chose was pretty, it was the fifty dollar engraved tag that I had an issue with. It is partially my fault if I didn't read the description correctly, I just saw the option for gold or silver and assumed it was a hard plate. Instead I got an engraved plastic sticker that refuses to stick to the urn I chose. It was a waste of fifty dollars and now my grandmoms urn doesn't have a name plate

GBEasy and Dependable The urn was being shipped from a Western state on the same day it was ordered. It arrived very soon, much to my surprise!! Then I realized the importance of a quick response in order to facilitate funeral/burial/ services by the family of the deceased. Funeralwise is aware of that fact and acts immediately. Dependable. The purchaser is kept apprised of the shipment journey.

GBI only learned of scattering urns a few days before a memorial service I only learned of scattering urns a few days before a memorial service, and Funeralwise came through for me!! They responded to my email in a matter of hours and had my order out on FedEx that day (I was happy to pay the additional charge!). The urn arrived in time and was absolutely lovely.
