I purchased two different engraved urns for my little dog's cremains and I'm very picky about aesthetics. Their customer service was very patient with me as we worked through several rounds of engraving proofs before the proof was to my satisfaction. Turns out, the two urns were even nicer in person than depicted in the photos. I could not be happier with them! The urns are of high quality, arrived in perfect condition, and are very attractive. A perfect way to memorialize my little guy!

It was so hard to choose, order and receive because of the reason but the actual process with the website was very easy and user friendly. Will eventually use them again for others I’m sure. Would highly recommend them to family and friends.

It took me that long to get up the strength to look for a place to keep his ashes that was a representation of the awesome young man he was. Beautiful Work - Military Engraved Nameplate Nameplate came out even nicer than I expected! They are professional, quick, and incredibly helpful through the entire process - from ordering to delivery. I needed to change the delivery address at the last minute and both Jill and Kevin made it easy to do so! The plaque looks beautiful on the flag case.
