It took me that long to get up the strength to look for a place to keep his ashes that was a representation of the awesome young man he was. I tried to do all the individualized ordering on line and wanted to call to assure the pictures and writing I wanted was done accurately. They helped me immediately, walked me through the process and sent me samples of what it would look like before my final approval. The end result was just perfect! The urn we purchased to keep our dear… The urn we purchased to keep our dear four legged family member’s ashes in was beautifully made and of very good quality. The inscription was perfect placed. It was so hard to choose, order and receive because of the reason but the actual process with the website was very easy and user friendly. Will eventually use them again for others I’m sure. Would highly recommend them to family and friends.

I think this vault will withstand the elements (soil, water and weight, etc.) when buried. Customer Service was perfect; took time to answer my questions and very helpful. My 10x16x4 sawn stone, created for my recently passed wife is simply incredible craftsmanship is completely professional, with solid and deep etching, colored well, and the photograph provided was reproduced perfectly!
