One of the employees (Kevin) even sent us pictures of different urns to see a Live Photo of what the urn would look like. Also (Kevin) had helped us get the perfect engraving for our urn. I purchased two different engraved urns for my little dog's cremains and I'm very picky about aesthetics. Their customer service was very patient with me as we worked through several rounds of engraving proofs before the proof was to my satisfaction. Turns out, the two urns were even nicer in person than depicted in the photos. I could not be happier with them! The urns are of high quality, arrived in perfect condition, and are very attractive. A perfect way to memorialize my little guy!

My 10x16x4 sawn stone, created for my recently passed wife is simply incredible craftsmanship is completely professional, with solid and deep etching, colored well, and the photograph provided was reproduced perfectly! In looking at the overall appearance In looking at the overall appearance, I noticed the top edge where the top meets the bottom the edge slants down toward the inside of vault, where in my thinking it should slant towards the outside, to possibly keep water from draining into the vault.
