One of the employees (Kevin) even sent us pictures of different urns to see a Live Photo of what the urn would look like. Also (Kevin) had helped us get the perfect engraving for our urn. In looking at the overall appearance In looking at the overall appearance, I noticed the top edge where the top meets the bottom the edge slants down toward the inside of vault, where in my thinking it should slant towards the outside, to possibly keep water from draining into the vault. My 10x16x4 sawn stone, created for my recently passed wife is simply incredible craftsmanship is completely professional, with solid and deep etching, colored well, and the photograph provided was reproduced perfectly! The total price is an absolute value!! I CANNOT recommend these folks more highly!!!
