Phenomenal customer service The customer service was phenomenal! They worked with me (before I even placed an order!) to create a beautiful engraved granite memorial stone. When it arrived at our home, my husband and I anxiously opened the box. We cried. It was exactly what our hearts needed to honor our sweet dog.

I think this vault will withstand the elements (soil, water and weight, etc.) when buried. Customer Service was perfect; took time to answer my questions and very helpful. In looking at the overall appearance In looking at the overall appearance, I noticed the top edge where the top meets the bottom the edge slants down toward the inside of vault, where in my thinking it should slant towards the outside, to possibly keep water from draining into the vault. I don't really know
