I tried to do all the individualized ordering on line and wanted to call to assure the pictures and writing I wanted was done accurately. They helped me immediately, walked me through the process and sent me samples of what it would look like before my final approval. The end result was just perfect! Phenomenal customer service The customer service was phenomenal! They worked with me (before I even placed an order!) to create a beautiful engraved granite memorial stone. When it arrived at our home, my husband and I anxiously opened the box. We cried. It was exactly what our hearts needed to honor our sweet dog.

Stellar Service This company went above and beyond to help me and my mother find the perfect urn for my father. One of the employees (Kevin) even sent us pictures of different urns to see a Live Photo of what the urn would look like. Also (Kevin) had helped us get the perfect engraving for our urn.
