They are professional, quick, and incredibly helpful through the entire process - from ordering to delivery. My 10x16x4 sawn stone, created for my recently passed wife is simply incredible craftsmanship is completely professional, with solid and deep etching, colored well, and the photograph provided was reproduced perfectly!
