One of the employees (Kevin) even sent us pictures of different urns to see a Live Photo of what the urn would look like. Also (Kevin) had helped us get the perfect engraving for our urn. GBWhite 14" Vantage Standard Urn Burial Vault White 14" Vantage Standard Urn Burial Vault....Met my expectations; even though this vault has clamps; I plan on sealing the vault with a waterproof sealant. I think this vault will withstand the elements (soil, water and weight, etc.) when buried. Customer Service was perfect; took time to answer my questions and very helpful.
