One of the employees (Kevin) even sent us pictures of different urns to see a Live Photo of what the urn would look like. Also (Kevin) had helped us get the perfect engraving for our urn. I think this vault will withstand the elements (soil, water and weight, etc.) when buried. Customer Service was perfect; took time to answer my questions and very helpful. I purchased two different engraved urns for my little dog's cremains and I'm very picky about aesthetics. Their customer service was very patient with me as we worked through several rounds of engraving proofs before the proof was to my satisfaction. Turns out, the two urns were even nicer in person than depicted in the photos. I could not be happier with them! The urns are of high quality, arrived in perfect condition, and are very attractive. A perfect way to memorialize my little guy!
