It was so hard to choose, order and receive because of the reason but the actual process with the website was very easy and user friendly. Will eventually use them again for others I’m sure. Phenomenal customer service The customer service was phenomenal! They worked with me (before I even placed an order!) to create a beautiful engraved granite memorial stone. When it arrived at our home, my husband and I anxiously opened the box. We cried. It was exactly what our hearts needed to honor our sweet dog.
