He made this devastating time in my life a little more smooth to navigate. My grandmother’s casket was gorgeous and well made. It was amazing! I viewed Grandma this morning and she looks beautiful. We came across Casket Emporium by… We came across Casket Emporium by accident, nothing was planned for, and we had to make a lot of decisions quickly. We were also grieving and very nervous about the process, costs, and doing right by my mother in law. One call to Joe helped put our mind to ease about taking care of the casket; would it be there on time, would the funeral home accept it, would it be nice.
