Perfect customer service Working with Joe was an absolute joy. He did all he could for us, when other companies flat out said they could not deliver in time. It was especially hard over a long holiday weekend, but we received our casket in plenty of time. It was beautiful, better than the picture. It was called Tide White, but in reality it looked to me, to be a soft green with pink highlights. Perfect for my mother.

It was quick and easy to select a model online and I think it might have arrived at the funeral the next day. Our services were a few days away and I know the funeral home said everything arrived easily and without issue. Also the price could not be beat.

He made this devastating time in my life a little more smooth to navigate. My grandmother’s casket was gorgeous and well made. It was amazing! I viewed Grandma this morning and she looks beautiful. Joe is number one!!! Joe at Casket Emporium was absolutely the best. His prices are very reasonable and on the one I picked for my mother Elizabeth. The Mediterranean Copper was like a fine piece of furniture. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking to find quality caskets.
