XL Casket for 60% off One of my close family members passed away unexpectedly and we needed a XL casket. The funeral home was offering us the same one for $2,500 more. I was very weary about going to another source but decided that I didn’t want to be gouged and taken advantage of by the funeral home (Rose Hills in Whittier, CA). I called them and a nice gentleman answered all of my questions and told us they would get the casket to the funeral home within two days. They did as they promised with mo damage. Best customer service experince ever! Originally, we bought the casket in Costco since this is a known store, and we regretted! The casket was delivered damaged, it has big dents all over it. Time was running out, but fortunately, we found this great company, and it turned out that they have the same casket but even cheaper. We called phone support, explained the situation, and we were promised to deliver the coffin to our Mortuary the next day. The next morning at 9am we have received a delivery notification! we couldn't believe that everything happened so quickly! Excellent service and customer care! They deserve 10 stars for their personal touch. Recommend!

They also kept us informed each step of the process so we did not need to worry about when the casket would arrive at the mortuary. Great prices and customer service I purchased two baskets for my mother and father. The cost for each casket was very competitive and they were delivered to the mortuary within 2 days, free of charge. The only reason I didnt give a 5 star rating is because my father's casket had a small dent when it was delivered. The company offered to replace the casket but I didn't have time to do so before the services.
