Customer service was great and the response time when asking any questions were fast. They helped and fixed the few issues we had and the apartment in itself was great value for money

It’s good It’s good, but sometimes it got noisy and crowded. I decides to rent with them again and moved to one of their smaller apartments. My new roommates are the best. The room is fully equipped with great views in the financial District. Pricey but worth it. I’d say 4.5 ⭐️

My room has a view of the city and I was very lucky with my flatmates, as I got to enjoy a friendly environment from the beginning. Also, really enjoying their cool calendar of events. They post about free and fun plan ideas on their social media, and me and my friends do most of them in our free time. It felt like a home in a matter of days thanks to the cozy furniture and welcoming atmosphere.
