Great Product and Service! This purchase could not have gone any better. Third time I've ordered from Bigbigmart.com and I never had a single problem. My order arrived within a few days before I even got a shipping notification. Highly recommend

Bigbigmart provided a competitive price… Bigbigmart provided a competitive price for the selection we were looking for. There was a small mishap regarding the item ordered but customer service was exceedingly helpful and the correction was promptly made. As someone who owns a business, what matters is not the problems but how they are handled. Very pleased and will shop here in the future. Thank you to the customer service agents!

Would give 0 stars if I could Would give 0 stars if I could. I bought an AC from this website and I got an email a week later that I was being refunded because of the manufacturer was going to delayed in delivering the AC unit. I never got my refund and it's been over a month. Called multiple times and never got an answer to my voicemails or an answer in general. Emailed multiple times. Messaged them through their website and refund form. NO ANSWER. Got scammed out of $150. Utterly disappointing and disheartening. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Bigbigmart is a very dependable… Bigbigmart is a very dependable company. They get the product to me ASAP. They could be a little more competitive on price. As an example I used to buy an 8 pack of the same espresso for about $40

Very Positive Honestly I was skeptical as I had not seen or heard of Bigbigmart before, but overall I was very satisfied. The price on the Milwaukee chainsaw+blower kit was better then everywhere else. I only received an email acknowledging the order but not that it was sent, but it was delivered nonetheless (then the emails came.) It was suppose to come with an extra chain. I sent an email and they called me, then subsequently sent the chain. They called again the day the missing chain was delieverd to follow up. Overall, I was very pleased.
