I simply cannot say enough how AMAZING… I simply cannot say enough how AMAZING this experience has been! I'm not one to typically write reviews but had to in this case. My father is turning 80 and I really wanted to surprise him with a family tree. We only know roughly where his father and mother came from in Italy. I spent HOURS trying to research on my own and got nowhere! Took a chance with RecordClick and it is AMAZING what they found!! A few times our consultant hit road blocks due to privacy laws, gave me a link to order a death certificate, and was able to get even farther! Overall they were able to get SEVEN levels up - I was hoping for 2 or 3! The output was amazing and communication was fantastic throughout. If you are even considering doing this - JUST.DO.IT! :)

RecordClick did a fabulous job! The owner and genealogists at RecordClick are truly caring and professional. My case had a really thick brick wall that, for years, I couldn't get through. With the little info that I had, received some great info that dispelled (what I assumed was somewhat true), had more cracks than a room full of working plumbers, lol My genealogist, Quentin, was great. He kept in constant communication with me, and at the end, we were able to piece together the facts. We, at least, were able to get halfway through that wall as one half of my father's parents' story was unable to be opened. That said, I came to the end of the journey with more answers than questions, and I'm able to build a more reasonable facsimile of a family tree. Thank you, RecordClick. I got more than a "bang for my buck", which was very reasonable in comparison to what other genealogy companies charge.
