Awful app Awful app. Sitters not fully vetted. Sitters steal, invite boyfriends/girlfriends over to have sex while on the job, ignore the kids they are sitting, verbally abuse the kids, etc. All the company does is pacify parents by throwing discounts at them. This doesn't fix the problem. I've also been told by a few sitters that they do not feel safe using Wyndy since parents are not vetted AT ALL. Anyone can create a 'parent' account if they want to lure a young college student over to their house and Wyndy doesn't do anything to stop this or protect their sitters.

Customer service here is very lacking Customer service here is very lacking. I have been trying to contact them, via their email, for over a week. Finally got a short reply and no explanation behind the reply. Replied for an explanation and now 3 days later still no reply from them. So 5 emails on my side, 1 on theirs. That doesn't say anything good about their customer service to me, at all.
