USGreat Customer Service. I ordered a holster that I didn't like personally for myself. I sent an email asking for return information. to my surprise not only was I told I could keep the item but I could choose another item to replace the one I wasn't happy with. They quickly replaced the item with an item I was happy with. The Belly Band is great. I turned around and purchased the 3 in one after receiving the replacement one. I highly recommend the Belly Band they are so comfy and easy to use.

USNo Customer Service Phone Number They have no publicized customer service phone number. Chat doesn't seem to be live. Chat seems to work through their email system. Somewhat slow and cumbersome return process. You pay for return shipping. Email conversations were pleasant. DKG
