I will honestly say that I was extremely skeptical and had many questions and numerous phone calls with them before I felt comfortable moving forward. David, Cathy and Kaitlyn were extremely informative and patient, and gave me all the space I needed to do my research and make my decision. One of the things they guaranteed was that they would hold our hands through the process, and that they did! Every time I called the office, they answered. Every time I sent an email, I received a very prompt response. I don't think there has been a single day that I've reached out and had to wait overnight to hear back. I've always received a response the same day! We completed our documents for my dad in May 2021, and he began receiving his benefits in June. It was truly remarkable. There's no guarantee that it will happen so fast, but if anyone is going to make it happen, Vet Support Center will!
