Service My order arrived in a timely e ly manner. The problem was that the holster I ordered did not work for my pistols. Contact was made with the support division and they immediately replied and advised to shop their website for any item priced the same price and they will send me that item. They also stated to keep the received item and they were also giving me a coupon for 35% off if any additional item I wanted to purchase. This is excellent service.

The wrong holster! TWICE!! The first holster i ordered stated that it was reversible for left handers. It was not reversible! I contacted this company and they said it didn’t come in a left handed model. They recommended another style and i said i would try it. When that holster arrived it was also a right handed holster and made of cheep vinyl and made in china. This is totally unacceptable. Im waiting to see how they handle this screw up. UPDATE… I finally received the correct holster today. Along with a free belly band holster as peace offering from customer service. I agreed to edit this review if they corrected their error. As far as I’m concerned this issue is resolved. So I am upgrading my initial 1 star review to a 3 star review.
