GBCall for more plan options! While searching for lower energy rates, I came across Rhythm. I had some questions about a particular plan, so I called. I wasn't on hold for forever, and the customer service rep even let me know about a cheaper plan than the one I was calling about. Needless to say, I switched. So far, I'm very happy with my service.

GBWhen I first got service with them over… When I first got service with them over a year ago they were good i was a loyal customer for over a year then i noticed they kept going up on my bill I was getting $300 light bill i only have a two bedroom apartment so i switched electric providers

GBSo far so good ... So far my electric bills have been better than with my prior provider and have tracked my usage record that I keep daily .. it is renewal time now so I will see if Rhythm stays as it is or tries to raise my price per kwh like every other company has done on renewal.
