One month and no product with no customer service Had to go to my credit card company for a refund. Ordered plands through Vego and, one month later, they did not arrive. Zero response from customer service. Not sure if they are severely understaffed or what the issue is - BEWARE ORDERING DIRECT.

Great raised beds! Beds are high quality and easy to put together. Instructions are straight forward and there is a lot of optionality of how you want to setup each bed.

Great product, easy assembly! Easy to interact with customer services representatives, delivery was quick, and assembly was so easy. If I'm in the market, I'll definitely buy from Vego again. Only feedback would be to not use ink on packaging. I know it's important for branding/marketing, but it would be so nice to use the packaging/cardboard at the bottom of the raised beds to prevent weeds from cropping up. Reduce, reuse, recycle!
