Great product and great all around service The solar system was really well described on the website. Delivery took less than 24hrs and great communication from the team all the way. The unit came partly charged so it could be used straight away and with the solar panel it makes a great feature for saving energy at home when not being used in remote locations, which was its original purpose.

Sent an enquiry on 2 occasions but no… Sent an enquiry on 2 occasions but no response even though they say usually within the hour 5 days is a bit much,if this is how they treat a sales enquiry how reliable is their after sales?

Good company, excellent product. Quick shipment, excellent, well designed product. We already had to use the power generator 3 days after arrived, due to an unexpected power outage. It has worked perfectly. It is comforting to know that we have electricity available even in the event of an emergency.
