Great, but logistics need to be improved. Actually, I do not write reviews often, but i would like to share this experience! So, I ordered a set of collars for my puppies, but they never showed up. So, I have contacted Ollypet directly. They have apologized and offered to reship the order. In four days, I got my order and cute little charms as a gift for my pups. The service is good. Maybe they need to improve their logistic methods, but the overall experience was great! super friendly!

Do not purchase Do not purchase . They do not respond to customers emails. I ordered Jan 4 th and it’s Feb 9 th . No refund . No product. Tracking shows it’s sitting in China.

I ordered products 25 January 2022 I ordered products 25 January 2022. Sent email asking when would it be dispatched 2 February 2022. Have still not received items or an email saying items have been dispatched????
