What made this special What made this special was, I ordered it for my son and daughter in law (Travis and Kristi) who has been struggling with the loss of their baby. Everything arrived promptly and ahead of the projected arrival time. The necklace and the additional items are absolutely beautiful and very well made. Very accommodating staff- great to work with. I have purchased two boxes that I loved, I would suggest choosing engraving in darker colors for best opacity! Would def purchase again! !
