A great efficient organization! Your phone representative was extremely efficient during my initial call. He explained the process simply & was very enthusiastic about taking my car. The follow-up call to set a pickup time was quick & the pickup was fast. I called on a Friday morning & my car was picked up on Monday morning. I highly recommend this organization. They thanked me all through the process & it was so easy!

So easy and makes a difference!! It was an easy donation. I completed the online donation form, they contacted me, and, within a few days, the car had been picked up. And, with a daughter who worked for make-a-wish and is now a pediatric nurse, I love that my donation is helping in a very small way.

Very easy process Everything about my experience was good. It was very easy to sign up and get my car towed away. Their driver was very professional when he came to pick up my car which was especially nice since it was at my place of work. I would 100% use them again if I need to. I would like to recommend that they have an option for all email for notifying of paperwork.

For the kids. What made me pick Wheels for Wishes is the fact that it goes for a child who would not otherwise have that special moment or experience that that child probably would not have had a chance for it to happen. As for making it better I don't think you can as long as the kids are happy even if it is for just that moment. Keep up the good work.

Think twice before picking who to donate too in the future I donated a vehicle that I could have sold for $1650 in cash. Because it was worth much more than that I decided to donate it. My loan on the vehicle had been paid off for 5 years, but the bank did not follow through on their end after the final payment. When Wheels for Wishes moved to sell it at auction, they discovered there was a “lien”. Which is not correct and a simple email or phone call would have cleared up this issue. But neither happened… my donated vehicle sat in a lot somewhere for 8 months before I called to find out why I didn’t receive a 1099 for my taxes. The bank immediately removed the lien once I called them, it was their error… but then Wheels for Wishes tells me they received less than $500 at auction. Which is either a flat out lie, or there was degradation or damage done to the vehicle during the 8 months it sat. The new tires were worth more than $500!!!
