After explaining my issue the problem was solved , completly, in less then two hours. That's soooooo impressive. What a friendly staff, courteous, professional and don't tickle your ears with obligatory platitudes but actually solve the issue. What a breath of fresh air. Kudos

The amount is decided by the length of the survey and I often get choices of the ones I want to take. They are mostly easy and never seem to take to long
