GBSearch function shows lots of noise The search function isn't as useful as it should be. For instance, I want it to show anything that matches the exact title, "Senior DevOps Engineer". Instead, it shows jobs that match any of the words in my search term. I like the daily alerts via email, but I would rather it shows me a concise list that match every word I've specified in the search term instead of a list that matches any of the words. There's a lot of noise.

GBAbandon the mandated agenda! You would provide a much better product if you disembarked the ESG-DEI-MOUSE bandwagon. What makes a workplace pleasant? Hiring QUALIFIED workers to fill positions REGARDLESS of their skin tones, beliefs, or orientations! If everyone could do their jobs well, no one would have to pick up the slack!

GBDo better Please vet the recruiters/agencies better. I’ve been getting some sketchy offers and wish I hadn’t put my info on your site. Also, I can’t understand the offers because of poor, broken English. They could be the best offer ever and I pass because I can’t understand the person presenting it.

GBYour emails need major work Your emails with job postings are just bad. The fact that instead of taking me to a specific post it drops you on a search means a large number of the job listings I receive are quickly withdrawn and are used as bait to get me to look at a company’s listings. There is no reason you can’t take me directly to the specific jobs you emailed me about like LinkedIn does.
