He has authored numerous articles in the field of criminal record clearing and expungement law in California. I needed to get my misdemeanor record… I needed to get my misdemeanor record expunged for a background check and they were able to help me do that and I am forever grateful. I didn't have a lot of time to even communicate with them and they still handled my case professionally and got me the outcome I needed. I wish I had done this sooner. I used Fresh Start to get a felony reduced/removed from my record. David was fairly prompt in answering my questions and helping me walk through the process. There was a bit more work on my end than I originally anticipated, but as I was putting together the things that were asked of me, it totally made sense. My biggest regret in this process was not adding my other misdemeanors to the filings. I wasn't sure I would have success, but I should have trusted the reviews. Sometime in the next year, I plan to have the rest of my convictions put before the court and I will 100% be using Fresh Start and I will put all my convictions in their hands.
