This most recent order was handled especially well since I had ordered previously but had misplaced my password information. I was contacted via email to avoid a new set-up fee and I SO appreciated that!

Foam footballs for Rain Bird Customer service was awesome. I appreciate that the person I talked to on the phone actually got up and went and confirmed that I was ordering the right size football by measuring it while we were on the phone! Shipping was on time - that's key. The footballs look good, but not great. Customers probably won't care, but the Rain Bird logo isn't too crisp on the football. It'll work!

New to this game I was a little bit nervous to create and order the footballs for our High School Cheerleaders to throw out at the opening game of the season.
