Registering the product was super… Registering the product was super simple and fairly quick. I home I never have to use the warranty, but I feel like they will make it a simple process if I do.

Good policy, good value The terms and conditions of the warranty were very favorable, and clearly laid out. The company followed up to make sure I completed everything and got it registered appropriately. The coverage is very comprehensive.

The registration was more detailed than… The registration was more detailed than most I have done, as it wanted information "up front" that I think is normally submitted when a claim is made, e.g. the invoice. The website was well setup to facilitate the process, however, and had resources to make the process easy.

CPS warranty I was at first wondering about the included extended warranty with the product I purchased. But within a week I received an email and filled out the information and the warranty is in place. I can’t comment on the warranty process will be should my product break because my product is only about a week and a half old, so I have a product which I have confidence will be there. I need it and admittedly I hope my product doesn’t need it. A warranty like this is for peace of mind which it has provided me.
