Arrangement and pick up went smoothly Arrangement and pick up went smoothly. Communication was very clear. There was some confusion with the recording of the pickup, but Michelle communicated very well, and we were able to clarify everything.

I was shocked at how easy and fast the process was I was shocked at how easy and fast the whole process was. Within hours of completing the form - the driver was there to pick up the car. He was super friendly, helpful and took good care of my car - it was hard saying good bye to my "baby".
