BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE! This product is not as advertised. We purchased a dog bed for our dog who is very rough with his beds. Rips and chews them apart almost immediately. This was advertised as chew proof with a 14 day warranty. Our tough little man had this chew proof bed torn apart in minutes. We contacted this company with our problem and were told they stand by their product and also advised how amazing their product is. Well we put it to the test and it failed. 14 day warranty was flat out denied. We are disputing this product. PLEASE shop around if your baby is tough on their beds like ours.

The product I received was of superb Quality … The product I received was of superb quality. The customer service was phenomenal as I was able, without any push-back from the company, to get a replacement for an item I ordered the wrong size for my pet. The process was smooth and seamless.
