My installers My installers, Malik and Daniel, arrived on time, were very professional and answered all of my questions promptly. They were very knowledgeable with the products they installed and got right on the job and were done in a timely manner. What a pleasant experience What a pleasant experience, starting with Earle Killius (great presentation, which in turn, caught my interest; Brandon Harley (knowledgeable and kind salesman who didn't push, but painstakingly answered my questions and showed me the possibilities); to the installation personnel -- Seth N., Jay E., Daniel W. and Joe A., who were on time and respectful of my time and property. They even cleaned up after themselves. If the product is as thorough and exacting as all the people involved, I am looking forward to lower utility bills and many years of comfort. Thank you.

Install Dale, the presenter was very informative. Next, Garrett G, the salesman, was even more informative. Then the installers, Tom, Harrison, Darrick, and Travis - efficient, polite, and answered any questions we had and were extremely polite and professional. Everything was cleaned up before they left, including vacuuming. I hope the product is as good as it sounds, but time will tell. I must say I feel confident after all I have learned.

Lack of follow up inspection got our inspection and agreed to work to be performed. I re-measured area and found it to be over estimated by about 600 square feet. called and was told they were to add 30 % to total. still to high. Told installer would re measure before installation. Never happened! at the end of the day was told how many rolls they used and was going to be charges based on that number. Finally agreed to my measurement plus 30%.Now after the year I called for my inspection of mold remediation, after numerous called, one month later finally got an appointment. Day of appointment no show , no call, sat around for four hours waiting. Called office next day was assured someone would reach out to me with explanation and set up new appointment. Have not be called yet. They seem to come out quickly for the inspection, but o once they have your money follow up is very slow or nonexistent! Because of this I will not recommend this company to my neighbors and friends.

Attic insulation We attended the promotional dinner and scheduled the inspection of our home for the next day. He found the insulation in the attic to be collapsed. It had been installed more than 45 years ago. We went with new fiberglass covered with the laminated insulation. We also had the solar roof vent installed. The inspector and the installers were friendly and knowledgeable. They finished well before expected. The pictures of the attic were great. We are happy with the work.
