Great platform to get valuable merchandise I have purchased jewelry and leather goods from BIDS. The experience is unique when one follows products being sold through an auction. I found exquisite pieces of jewelry from luxury brands and unique female bags at prices that can be half off regular retailers.

Over the last 6-7 years........ Over the last 6-7 years, I have bought roughly 10 watches through Bids. I was so sceptical at first as their prices were so low but I thought I would give them a go. Imagine my surprise when the first and then subsequent watches all arrived-all in perfect condition and all absolutely correct. Living in Australia meant some of the auctions finished in my timeline and so I gained a good advantage from that. Well done Bids-I am still buying from you!.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER NO SERVICE. Update - Bidz contacted me after my review on here and did correct their mistake and refunded my money which am glad they did so ill be changing my 1 star rating to a 5 star rating. Am not sure how this site is getting this good reviews for it might not be real people for I bought different orders from bids which I did receive some items and never did receive the rest of my orders. I called thier customer service number that no one ever answers, I emailed every department but only got a response from someone and after 2 response they ignored all other correspondence. I also got 3 wrist watches that where of very low quality and cheaply made that I told them I would like to return but also fell on deaf ears. I just don't understand how difficult it is to communicate with someone that is spending money on your platform. I will change my review ones all my concerns are treated.
