Signed up to buy Civilization V: Gods & Kings and received my key after about 2 hours. Activated and works on Steam. Make sure you look to see what kind of key the game you're buying gets you. The easiest and quickest seems to be Steam region-free games. Others require VPN and can be a little more confusing to buy so be aware. Thumbs up from me.
