Because of Covid we were out of work Because of Covid we were out of work and unable to afford our home. We didn’t want to give the home away so looked into a few different options. When we contacted this company they were very professional and respectful of our situation. They made us a fair offer that we accepted and closed before a bad situation got worse. We really appreciate all they did.

Thanks We were in the process of buying a new home. When we found something faster than expected we needed to take advantage and sell our existing home quickly. We contacted a few companies but were most comfortable with Tommy and Cash House Buyers USA. They reassured us that the sale would happen exactly when we needed it to. Now we’ve moved and we really appreciate how much they helped. Thanks so much.

We are glad that we encountered them We wanted to sell the home we inherited from my Grandfather but were not sure how to manage things with all the heirs. We contacted Cash House Buyers USA, and told them our issue. They know every possible way to resolve your heirship situation. They helped us with all the complex paperwork and made the deal so simple. We are glad that we encountered them.

I was impressed with the buying agent… I was impressed with the buying agent assigned to me. He was very professional and a good communicator. I had a large house with a pool. The house needed some work after living there for 12 years and having little time to do maintenance and fix-up. Since I had already relocated out of state, working with a conventional real estate agent was the last thing I wanted to do. That is why this option is so convenient. I got a reasonable price, considering the condition of the house and anticipated repairs, and now I can move on with life. Very positive experience!

Thanks, you guys, for providing such great experience. I had a house that I left vacant for more than seven years due to my job relocation. I finally decided I was ready to sell the house, but I didn’t have the resources to fix things to sell on the open market. I came across Cash House Buyers and they bought my house As Is. All the paperwork was done by their team, I didn’t spend a penny on the repair work, and it was all done at my convenience. Thanks, you guys, for providing such great experience.
