Scheduled a removal outside of the… Did not use the company's services, as the order details kept coming back incorrect (dates, times, etc.) I also found the fact that a customer pays up front, before services are even scheduled, with no phone number to contact or confirmation received, to be distributing. I modified the review after the company contacted me - the owner was patient, and listened to my concerns. Four stars for the follow-up.

Super easy to book Super easy to book. Called for a question first and then used the online system. Placed item on the curb and it was gone by the time we came home. We chose the "anytime" pick and still received a window timeframe, which was nice to know! Will definitely be using for more removal in the future!
