Great Produkt delivered even to Germany I ordered a 20 x 22 foot foam backed green screen backround. It's a custom size that was fabricated just as desired. The ordering process happend via email, and the shop owner Bruce was very patient and polite. The product was send to Germany. Doing business with chroma-key.com was a charm. ChromaKey has great customer service Bruce at Chromakey was fantastic. Like many others I had a screen on order with the other guys and they simply wouldn't get back to me. Bruce had a custom sized screen done and ready to ship to my customer the next day. We met my customers photo shoot just in time. Great customer service. Great company, great service I called Bruce in a rush to help me process an order that had been delayed by over a month from another firm. He was very professional, calling me back the same day even though he was attending a conference. End-to-end order time was only 8 days from payment to my doorstep. Very happy with their service, and the product is beautiful and functional. I order the foam-backed fabric, and am amazed at how easily creases have come out just by hanging it overnight, and how well it works with preventing spill even without a fill light.
