They helped us when we were at a loss of what to do My brother is a resident at the Betany Retirement home which has changed its operation. He was at a loss because they were going to more than double his rent. A Place for Mom was such a God send. They connected us with three very appropriate places to interview and within a week we had found a new home with the accomodations and transportation to his medical appointments that were important to him. We are delighted with this help and very caring attitude they showed us.

Less than 5 minutes later my phone was ringing and I was connected to Chelsea. We talked at length so she could get to know my Uncle so to speak. She understood the barriers I was facing and allowed me to share my frustrations and my tears. After hanging up my phone started buzzing with texts and emails sending me of the information we had talked about, so I didn’t have to try to remember anything or write it all down. She also supplied me with questions to ask at the various locations and things to look for. My Uncle moved into his new apartment on Monday of this week and looks happy for the first time in years. Thank you Chelsea for all of your help, support and compassion!

Harassment after canceling service constant calls I spoke with katherine Capps 0n 3/07/24 about locating a Senior care facility for my father-in-law she was very helpful and provide multiple locations. On March 13, 2024 I sent katherine a email advising that I would no longer need their services because other arrangements were made . Her response was one of inquiry??? as of April 17th I’m still receiving 3 to 4 calls a day from various facilities to the point where it’s affecting my work and home life I was advised to file a police report for harassment but before doing so i should try to recontact via email and warn Katherine Capps (A PLACE FOR MOM) to stop sending my information to these facilities to be contacted. Phone record of approx 35 calls as April 17 2024

I called them to see what they offer… I called them to see what they offer and the calls will not stop. My mom passed away 1 mos ago and I have requested repeatedly to have the calls stop but they continue daily. My advice- DO NOT CALL A PLACE FOR MOM. They put you on all kinds of call lists.

Great Service when searching for the right home I had Jamie from a Place for mom help me find a place for my dad when it was time for him to have full time care. She did such an amazing job finding everything he needed for his care and his list was quite long. My dad has a lot of medical needs including help with his insulin and she helped me find a place that could do that. I also didn't want to place my dad just anywhere and she helped me find a place that would still feel like home for him and where he would still be able to have his dog too. I was very happy with this experience and that she was able to do all the research and hard work for me and made it easier for me to find just the right place.
