My agent Mark Anthony L. was very professional and help me a lot he guides me through the process and providing document's and also, he's patient i will say above in beyond he explains everything so i can understand it better i will recommend him to all rapid visa customer.

Dropping the ball We paid RapidVisa for our K1 visa and AOS (Adjustment of Status). They only helped us with the initial process for K1, and we took care of everything after getting our NOA2. As for our AOS, we got an RFE (Request for Initial Evidence) letter, and we tried reaching out to RapidVisa for help as to what are the additional documents USCIS may need, and they just told us to read the RFE letter for the documents and that the RFE is not included with the AOS Package. Apart from paying them to send the documents for the AOS for us, we also paid them for a premium review for a thorough review of our documents. But now they dropped the ball on us. Choose to get an attorney instead. While you are still trying to sign up with them, they will give you their high-pitch sale marketing just to get you on the hook. They will even try to call you most of the times or follow-up if you still want their service. After you pay, it's hard to get ahold of them and the people that's reviewing your account. Never again. Don't trust this agency.

Horrible Horrible Experience Horrible horrible experience. These people tell you what you need, one piece at a time. I have requested they mail my packet MULTIPLE TIMES, and each time they keep coming back with more crap on top of crap....one thing at a time...and then around and around we go. One minute we're done, the next we're not. Mail my packet in!! I have paid over $2500 since starting this process (not including the USCIS filing fees), and it had been absolutely nothing but anxiety and migraines dealing with Raymond.

3rd time I’m using them 3rd time I’m using them, on one of the previous times application for tourist visa they did miss a spelling of last name which was a very odd name and I had to resubmit another form to USCIS. However they are very thorough and have caught a lot of mistakes I had made. Overall I would always use them for future status changes. My agent this time was HEZEKIAH, she was very nice.

It better to have someone I can turn to to ask questions and to guide in the proper documents that are required The price I paid is fair considering that there is a 24 hours call center service.
