NEVER BUY FROM GOTAMOCHI !! NEVER BUY FROM GOTAMOCHI !! My dada purchased an Army Bomb v.3 for me as a Christmas present and we did not receive it till April (also no tracking number). They also FALSELY ADVERTISED, saying that the lightstick is official and comes with bluetooth; but what I received was OBVIOUSLY FAKE. I payed $50 dollars for something probably made for $10 or less. Also, my dad is paying the price of someone stealing his credit card info; where THOUSANDS of DOLLARS are being used in his name. I'm not directly pointing the finger at Gotamochi; but something is definitely SKETCHY about this site.

NEGATIVE STARS Wanted to give negative stars!!! Ordered several items since October and now it is 3 months after and another year, and have not received ANYTHING!!! Heard back from Annie Chung on Dec promising merchandise will arrive, but almost another month after and still no merchandise! Do not need merchandise anymore since BTS concert and Christmas is over!!!

Seems pretty dodgy. Bought items that came to a total of $40USD on their website and now I'm waiting on a tracking code. I checked out their Facebook page and it's run by someone in Hong Kong, which is interesting seeing as people said responses were in korean. I wish I read reviews before purchasing from this website, I'll update as the situation changes and if it turns out fine or actually goes horribly wrong.

Quick communication I ordered 6 pair of BTS pajamas. While the shipping did take a while when I received the order there was one pair of pjs that was not the correct character. I immediately contacted the company and received communication within a few hours. After a few emails my correct pajamas were on their way! Thank you so much for a quick response and fixing the issue!
