Above and beyond what is required! I have taken Tye's apostille class and have been following the evolution of her courses and material she provides since she started. She clearly outlined her training dates & which states she would be covering, and when she would be covering them. It baffles me that M Ford left the review she did because it is so skewed. The material & knowledge that I received for the nominal fee that Tye was charging for this course FAR outweighed what I paid. Other "industry professionals" are charging $297+ for half _SS info on the subject. Tye goes above and beyond what is required or expected of a course provider and mentor to make sure that her students understand and can implement the course material she presents. I can't tell you how many times I have contacted her after the course ended to ask follow up questions on state and federal procedures that she literally had no obligation to answer, (since the course had already ended). Yet, she gave of herself and her time freely, so that I could help someone obtain an apostille and so that I could succeed in MY business. I will say this in closing, read ALL of her reviews across all platforms. "Funny" that there is 1 off review in the entire bunch. Sadly, it seems like business owners will always have that one person that tells half the story. Lastly, to fault her for PAYPAL's refund policy is pure nonsense. Paypal has a specific process that you as a consumer have to go through that takes time for them to investigate before the business owner can even refund your money. Get a clue!

scam run run run Tye runs an ancillary training business, the Abnormal Notary. in July I signed up for Apostille Training and membership to her group. After some back and forth Tye told me the class was scheduled for 7 August 2021. I reached out on 6 August for links to the training. Tye's intial response was to send me a link to a webpage with instructions that it cost 14 to join. I responded that I had already paid for membership and when I visited the page I didn't see anything about the Apostille Training. Eventually I called Tye directly but she was unable to talk to me. She called me later that evening and informed me what I had actually paid for was NJ Notary training that was scheduled for 7 August, the Apostille Training is actually scheduled for later in August and she would issue me a refund. I explained I live in MN and the receipt she sent me was for Apostille Training but I would take the refund. She hung up on me. I realized that I wasnt 100% certain I knew who she was talkign to so called her right back and told her that was why. She proceeded to give me a long speech about how its just her and I would know "what was going on" if I was on her Clubhouse and FB page. I explained I work so do not sit on CH all day and she never told me she had a FB Group. but I was just calling to confirm she knew who I was so she issued the refund to the correct person. 5 days later I am still fighting for my refund. At first I thought Tyes was just disorganized and overwhelmed but now it is clear she is also a scam artist forcing me to go through the process of filing a claim through PayPal.
