CAJust another dropship company I bought a noodle press. When I received it, the box was broken, the plastic on the press was peeling, and there was rust on the inside. Mexten was willing to give a refund, but only if I shipped it back to China, which would have costed double what I had paid. Overall, Mexten is just another dropship company that is not worth your time. I probable paid twice what I would have paid if I just bought it direct from China.

USPurchased some items for my son during… Purchased some items for my son during quarantine in the beginning of April. Ever since I have gotten bogus tracking numbers and fake excuses as to where my items are. Once I called them out for stealing money I stopped receiving responses. I filed a claim with PayPal and won! Never ordering from this scamming website ever again.

USI have been waiting two months for an… I have been waiting two months for an order. I began complaining to customer service a month ago and all I get is the run around and an absolute refusal to refund my money or provide better information. It is to the point I am filing with BBB over this whole thing because Katherine will not assist in this very frustrating issue. I will definitely never buy from their site again.

USI finally received what I ordered I finally received what I ordered - It took 25 days to get here so my gift didn’t make it for Christmas.If you’re in a hurry I would try another source. They also don’t answer the phone I tried calling several times - no answer. The gift I ordered was sent from China and the tracking information was worthless.
