MMImpulsive shopper I have been buying clothing & books for several years now. Service is quick, and response to direct email enquiries are friendly & helpful. Prices are reasonable & postage rates are not prohibitive. My main problem is the "Search" bar. Nothing that I type in comes up. When you had the "Pusser's grips": type it in - nothing - so you have to trawl through various headings to find whatever; calenders, diaries...The upside of that is seeing other things you "have to have"!!! I often recommend RM Shop also because profits go to the RMA! Days later...I see that the RM Shop website has changed - now the search bar works better! Great stuff, but I will still trawl!

GBExcellent Service from the Shop I ordered my XXL polo shirts online but when I checked my order email I noticed that the wrong sizes were displayed. I emailed the shop and they immediately corrected the order to the correct sizes. The two polo shirts and one tee shirt arrived within 2 days which I thought was very good service. The three items were all of good quality material and the embroidered badges were excellent. I will be making further purchases.

GBCorps colours bobble hat This Corps colours bobble hat is what every Royal needs when tackling the school run with 3 kids and a pram. It’s like a beacon of light for when my boys stray from the main body, or acts as a warning sign to other dads that may pose a threat. Unfortunately it does have a disadvantage, as I now have to wear full Gary when walking to school. This is owing to the regular flash floods that occur from the other mothers as I stroll past donning this essence piece of kit. Hoofing. 5 Stars. Highly recommend!

GBI only requested a catalogue I only requested a catalogue. The small print said I'd receive an email to let me know when my order was being sent, then it would take 3-5 days to receive the order. Almost a week later and I've not yet received the email to say my order has been dealt with. This really puts me off ordering anything else. As a former Marine i have high expectations but this experience has left me disappointed.
