We ordered the RM Corp colours lead We ordered the RM Corp colours lead, harness and collar for our dog. They were delivered quickly and with a little surprise of a treat size bag of Haribos. All items are made of excellent materials and I especially love the locking devise on the collar and harness to prevent any mishap undoing on walks. They are easily adjustable and fit perfectly. He has had admiring looks and comments on walks. I just need a dog raincoat to match. 😃

Amateur customer services and lazy… Amateur customer services and lazy stock management/tracking. Bought an item in Dec which I was told I would get at some point, it’s now Feb and they haven’t responded to my queries.

Downside of buying online without first seeing the goods. Living in France l ordered a polo shirt priced up in euros, it was only later that l realised that when converted to GBP the shirt was priced at over £5 more than the the UK price, l was also unaware that l would be liable for import and custom duties of an additional £13. Maybe my own fault but a note stating the UK price compared to the price l was charged would have been helpful also the reason for the difference. I almost bought a jacket before l discovered the different prices £85 for me in France £70 if purchased in the UK. All of this before postage was added. As if all of this wasn't bad enough when l received the polo shirt it bore no resemblance to the description on the website, it is of very poor quality and not what l would expect from the Royal Marines. I was going to return it but with the extra cost of postage involved l have decided to cut my losses and put it at the back of a drawer until l can find a use for it. I will not not be buying from the Royal Marines Shop again.

Impulsive shopper I have been buying clothing & books for several years now. Service is quick, and response to direct email enquiries are friendly & helpful. Prices are reasonable & postage rates are not prohibitive. My main problem is the "Search" bar. Nothing that I type in comes up. When you had the "Pusser's grips": type it in - nothing - so you have to trawl through various headings to find whatever; calenders, diaries...The upside of that is seeing other things you "have to have"!!! I often recommend RM Shop also because profits go to the RMA! Days later...I see that the RM Shop website has changed - now the search bar works better! Great stuff, but I will still trawl!
