For example, to Whitsett, or Greensboro, North Carolina, versus Butner. When you ship to Butner, it adds two days to the delivery.

They took my money then didn't the service. It should be noted both titles went through Amazon without issue. I used the same manuscript on both sites. LULU IS A SCAM, they take you money but don't deliver. AVOID THEM.

I believe this is trickery for this company. Also called 1st phone number advertised on web site to explain my problem well they could not help so he gave me another number to call for someone to help figure out what was wrong. Let me be clear I received link for a 15% coupon but NO WHERE on checkout was there a place to apply a COUPON. TRICKERY!!!!! DISHONEST COMPANY
