AUTerrible Company My account was shifted to them when my previous leasing company sold out. I then move companies and they closed down my account without notifying me. It has taken over 2 months to try and get my credit back of $1500. When they finally transferred the money they short changed me $337 and claim they gave me the right amount despite giving me a balance spreadsheet which proved they had short changed me. The communication is terrible often ignoring multiple emails and being very slow to respond. If you are looking for a company to cover your leasing. I suggest looking elsewhere.

GBPoor Management Team As an administrator for my Better Benefits, a charitable not-for-profit that was approached by Autopia to participate in promoting their program, I have been extremely disappointed by the failure of the management team, or for that matter anyone, at Autopia to communicate with us. We feel that our organization's goodwill was damaged by this organization. We also work with another big player in this field, TrueCar. And we have had nothing but good responses and trustworthy communications from TrueCar.

GBThe single best way to lease a car -- I'll never go to a dealership again! I could not be happier or more pleased with the service I received from San and the team. From start to finish, he was in full listening mode for the exact car I wanted, worked like crazy to find the right car, and when he hit snags in the search he just put his head down and worked even harder. He was smart, fast, courteous, and delivered the goods faster than expected. Seriously, how could anyone ever want anything more from any service provider. The car dealers darn well better hope that word doesn't get out too fast about Sam and his colleagues because I can't imagine any reason on earth anyone would ever walk into a dealer again when you can text back and forth with Sam for a few minutes and get exactly what you want at an even better price than you expected.

GBYES! Autopia is the best way to buy a car... We got a great price on a beautiful new CX5 -- the first new car my wife and I have ever purchased! The wife loves the ride, and I'm a happy camper, having found the absolute best pricing on the car. The Autopia team was critical, advising us on the right trim, helping locate multiple instances of the perfectly spec'd vehicle, and most importantly, negotiating with multiple dealers to chip, slash, and burn away the markup. Having the run point on negotiations allowed us a stress-free, and haggle free buying experience. We saved a lot of money, and avoided a ton of hassle with Autopia. This is how I will buy my next car.

AUThe worst experience The worst experience! They take money out of your pay without asking first. Then when you reach out to organise a plan to increase mileage they don't action it!!! Edit - they wrote a comment saying they don't sell used cars? I'm not talking about used cars. I am talking about novated leasing which is what you do. If you could get someone to respond to the urgent phone call and email I sent after you took $3k from my pay unauthorised as fast as you responded to this, that would be great.
