USThe pillow in stock was in China. Ordered a decorative pillow for my son for Christmas around 12/19. The discount would not go through, so I called and they worked it out. They said the pillow would go out next day from their store, and make Christmas. Xmas comes and goes. Late December I get a notice that it has been packed for shipping FROM CHINA. Several emails that they were tracking and would get me a US tracking number when it comes off the ship. Later I get a notice that it has cleared customs. Then…radio silence. No response to several emails and no returned calls, which go to their cell phones. As you can imagine, no refund. Scam company with bad actors running it.
