GBThey won't make their mistake right ! I ordered two 1ounce gold bars and was sent and charged for 4 1 ounce gold bars. The bars packaging was damaged and unsealed. U S Gold Bureau admitted their mistake - it is all on a recorded line - and agreed to make it right, but they have since ghosted me for a month. Unfortunately they cannot be trusted if they make a mistake. Buy from another vendor.

Ordered a tube of silver coins, a couple of days later....CANCELLED. What a disappointment but par for course now in the new America. No offer to supplement, sad excuse of some data glitch. You can tell 3 people care: No Bod Eee!!

GBThis company has real issues with…Communications This company has real issues with communications online so you can’t check on orders. They don’t return calls, now their phone lines are down. I did receive my order so it’s not they didn’t deliver but I had a terrible time checking on my order. Like I said, I could never access my account to check on my order.

GBAvoid this vendor The vendor advertised items at a price, then didn't honor it. They cancelled the order without reasonable explanation. Then I got spam e-mails from them for other items. They made false listings to harvest e-mails, without the intent of selling at the price they stated. Avoid the negative business practices of the company.

GBHorrible Horrible. Bait and switch. Posted cheap auction, gathered a few hundred email addresses, then canceled the orders and spammed the email!!! These people are the worst. I will never order anything from them. Edit for their reply - you guys have done this in the past with other auctions. It's what you do. Who cares if it's through eBay, it's YOUR STORE AND YOUR LISTING. eBay has told me they received multiple complaints about your company doing this and when I spoke with them they said they had an ongoing investigation with your company's shady business practices.
